    只可用作經營一般零售業務(包括貯存、售賣及展示免稅酒、香煙、雪茄及其他煙草產品但不包括《進出口條例》(第60章)、任何據以訂立的規例和任何予以修訂的法例所禁售的貨品或商品)
  • 租期:
    3年，由政府產業署總產業經理指定的日期起生效
  • 面積:
    (i) 第4號鋪位：約69.5平方米
    (ii) B1鋪位：約20.7平方米
